When men and women do “fail“ as leaders in their business, most of the times it’s not because they are not able to use the management techniques they have learned in business school. They use them all right, but all too often they are not able to connect them to their own fundamental values, to their own, authentic inner voice, failing therefore to reach, impress and motivate the people they should lead by living by their own truths.

In my experience, most executives get trapped in working routines that consume their energy with questions about the WHAT? and the HOW?, leaving them almost no time for their own WHY?.

I founded LALLI | Executive Coaching International in the year 2000 because I wanted to help executives around the world to find the right way  to overcome the limiting constrains of a (too) fast capitalism and live their truth—in order to make this world a better place for all.
